Delivery Information

At Grove Bedding, we offer free delivery Monday - Friday.

Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (Grove Group Scotland Ltd do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorized by the Buyer to accept the Goods).

• Please note that an order containing a free delivery item plus any bedding or linens will receive free delivery.

We can deliver to most postcodes in Mainland England, Scotland, and Wales Delivery restrictions do apply to certain, outlying postcode areas. Please call us on 0131 333 1903 if you would like to clarify the delivery options available in your area. Please note: Deliveries to the IV and AB postcodes are serviced by one of our delivery partners. You will receive a call to arrange delivery to your home within 7-14 days of your chosen date.

Delivery will normally take place within the timescale estimated when placing the order.

Delivery can be made to your room of choice, but please ensure all access ways are clear. If the delivery team deem that there may be a risk of damage to product or property, they may refuse to deliver to your desired location within the delivery address.

Most Goods will require some form of assembly. If an assembly service has been purchased, this will be carried out by a provider selected by Grove Group Scotland Ltd. If this service hasn’t been purchased, it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods. Please note that the availability of assembly services is dependent on the post code being delivered to.

Some smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier and certain ranges of bedroom furniture will be delivered direct by the supplier. Certain bedroom furniture ranges are only available for delivery to addresses in mainland England, Central Scotland and Wales unless otherwise agreed in advance with Grove Group Scotland Ltd.
